When you obtain nominee services you normally have a
nominee services agreement with the company providing the nominee. This
agreement would detail how the nominee takes instructions and what you can
expect from the nominee.
Most times you would also request a power of attorney from the nominee director
of the company. This document would authorize a person to act on behalf of the
company and handle the affairs of the company. Therefore, the nominee director
does not have anything close to independent control of the offshore
