No. There is no requirement to file annual taxes in
the BVI for your offshore company. If you are doing business in another country
with your offshore company you should check the tax reporting laws in that
country. The definition of "doing business" in the country should be
checked to determine what activities are included and what is not.
Regardless of the fact that you do not have to file taxes for your BVI company
with the BVI government, you are still required to keep track of the company's
assets and liabilities. Also, preparing tax returns may be required in another
country if the offshore company is deemed to be doing business
