The price you pay for an offshore company is
determined by the government registration fees and the service fee for arranging
the incorporation of the company. You also have to pay for any disbursements
incurred in the process of incorporating and delivering the company to you
(corporate seal, courier, fax, etc.). There are also optional services that
would increase the purchase price, if you wanted those services.
Some countries (jurisdictions) have higher government registration fees than
others for incorporating a company. The service fee for arranging the
incorporation varies across the industry. Some charge higher fees for basically
the same service. A higher price sometimes gives potential clients a sense of
quality, reliability and competency. The opposite sense would apply to low price
service providers but we would disagree since we fall into this category.
