No. You cannot use your BVI offshore company as a bank.
There is also a host of other business activities you cannot use your BVI
company for, unless you are licensed to provide those services by the BVI
Several business activities require approval by the BVI Government and
authorization for these activities are Not automatically granted by virtue of
being incorporated in the BVI. Some of the restricted business activities are
banking business, trust business, business as an insurance or reinsurance company, insurance agent or insurance broker,
business as a mutual fund, manager of mutual funds or administrator of mutual funds.
